These Sleeves Are made to be Extremely Tight And Hard To Get On and Off and Require great Effort and Skill, They are Not like other Knee Sleeves Mostly sold in India before Like (SBD,Titan,USI,Even Our 7mm or 9mm Sleeves) ,Loss of Circulation in leg may occur While wearing these sleeves ,You may have Trouble Taking Them off. Using another person to Help get them On and Off is common and suggested.

- Air dry – do NOT use the dryer
- Do not iron
- Make sure the sleeves are fully dry before using them again
SIZING GUIDE
Use a soft tape measure to measure the thickest part of your calf. Measure BOTH calves and take the bigger measurement. Choose size based on size chart below.
IF YOU MEASURE BETWEEN SIZES, GO UP IN SIZE. DO NOT CHOOSE SIZE BASED ON PREVIOUS SLEEVES YOU HAVE WORN OR WHAT YOUR FRIENDS WEAR, USE YOUR CALF MEASUREMENT. IF YOU HAVE LARGER QUADS, WE RECOMMEND GOING UP IN SIZE AS WELL.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE TO CUT YOUR SLEEVES OFF!
