International Shipping Policy

International Orders:

We ship international orders via FedEx International or DHL. We do not offer an express/expedite service, nor any date-guaranteed service. All delivery dates shown are estimations, and will vary due to a number of factors, including but not limited to carrier operational delays or customs clearance delays. Most orders will deliver within 1-2 weeks.

In some cases, final delivery will be made by a company other than FedEx (often local postal service). A package may show as "delivered" in this case, but allow up to 10 additional business days for final delivery to be made by the local postal service. This is unfortunately out of our control and up to the couriers.

International Duties/Customs Fees:

All orders placed outside the INDIA may be subject to duties and taxes that vary depending on the destination country. Pay duty once you receive your order. Duties are not included in the shipping cost. Failure to pay the customs fees/import duties will lead to a failed delivery and disposal of the sent goods. In this case, no refund will be offered.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
